Salmon Caviar and Egg Salad Sandwich


  1. Spread Crème fraiche on both sides of bread.  Layer egg salad on one side of bread. 
  2. Top with salmon roe then with fried parsley leaves and serve.


  • 2 tsp. crème fraiche
  • 1/2 Cup(s) egg salad
  • 2 slice(s) Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Brioche
  • 1/2 Cup(s) parsley, fresh leaves, fried
  • 2 Tbsp. salmon, roe
