Salsa Macha Loaded Fries


  1. Prepare Seashore-Style® fries to manufacturer specifications. Toss fries with half the salsa macha and place on serving plate.
  2. Drizzle queso and remaining salsa macha over fries.
  3. Top with cotija cheese and pickled onions.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro.

  • 2 oz. Salsa Macha
  • 2 oz. cheese, cotija
  • 4 oz. Queso cheese sauce
  • 2 oz. Pickled onions
