Sesame Ginger Wings


  1. In a deep fryer pre-heated to 350 degrees place wings in fry basket and drop in grease for 4 minutes or until wings are hot throughout. (West Creek steamed wings are pre-cooked)
  2. While wings are frying combine empress sesame dressing, peanut butter, ground ginger and ground cayenne mix thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated. Place 2 TBSP of sauce mixture in a stainless steel mixing bowl.
  3. Pull wings from fryer (no to drain) put them in the sauce and toss making sure the wings get fully coated with sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve.


  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, ground
  • 8 chicken, wings
  • 1 tsp. ginger, ground
  • 2 cups Sesame Dressing
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds, black
  • 2 tbsp. West Creek® Peanut Butter
