Shoyu Bok Choy


  1. Whisk cilantro, sesame oil, shoyu, chili sauce, ginger, and sesame seeds.
  2. Toss Bok choy with sauce mixture then serve.


  • 1 lb Peak Fresh Produce® Bok Choy, cut into quarters then grilled
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® ginger, mined
  • 2 tbsp Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Asian Pride® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup shoyu soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
