Shrimp Monterey


  1. Combine Extra Melt Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and wine in saucepan; heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Hold hot until service.
  2. Melt butter in sauté pan; add shrimp and garlic. Sauté until shrimp are just cooked. Add cheese sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, until well combined and heated through.
  3. Serve shrimp mixture over pasta, garnished with parsley and red pepper flakes.


  • 2 tbsp Land O'Lakes® Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 6 oz LAND O LAKES® Extra Melt® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce
  • parsley, fresh, chopped, for garnish
  • 6 oz pasta, hot, cooked
  • red pepper, flakes, for garnish
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled deveined
  • 2 tbsp white wine
