Sicilian Grilled Cheese


  1. Butter bread and sprinkle shredded parmesan over the 2 slices and pat to coat.
  2. Butter grill and set cheese side down on grill.
  3. Add American and muenster to one side and mozzarella to the other.
  4. Place capicola on the grill to heat then place on the American side.
  5. When cheese is melted and bread is toasted, place together and cut on a bias, plate then add side and serve


  • 1 oz. Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded or sliced
  • 1 slice cheese, Muenster
  • 2 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, Sourdough
  • 1 slice Northland Star® Cheese, American
  • 3 oz Roma® Capicola
  • 2 oz Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, shredded
