Sliced Tenderloin of Beef Sandwich


  1. Slice bread in half and grill. Brush both sides with Ken’s Dijon Horseradish.
  2. Top with baby greens, sliced tenderloin and marinated tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Place top of bread on sandwich, cut in half and serve.


  • 5 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, cooked, sliced
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Bread, Baguette(s), Artisan French, 6-inch
  • 1/4 cup Ken's® Dijon Horseradish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Baby Green Leaf
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced and marinated
