Spicy Chicken Crunch Wrap

Directions

  1. Fry 2 Country Style Chicken Tender Fritters in deep fryer at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F; drain.
  2. Spoon 2 tablespoons jalapeño tequila aioli in center of tortilla.
  3. Layer with 2 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 2 lettuce leaves, 1 slice tomato, 2 Country Style Chicken Tender Fritters and 2 tablespoons spicy pickle relish.
  4. Fold up the bottom and the top; roll in sides of tortilla over filling. Cut in half at a 45°F angle to serve.

  • 5 lbs. Pilgrim's® RTC Homestyle Tender Fritters
  • 3 cups Jalapeño Tequila Aioli, (see recipe below)
  • 24 ea. Flour tortillas, 10 inch, warmed
  • 3 cups cheese shredded, Monterey Jack
  • 48 ea. lettuce, baby field greens, leaf
  • 24 slices tomato(es)
  • 3 cups Spicy Pickle Relish, (see recipe below)

Jalapeño Tequila Aioli

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until service.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup jalapeño(s), seeded, minced
  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. tequila

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

  • 1 1/2 cup pickles dill, 1/4 in. dice
  • 1 1/2 cup jalapeño(s), pickled, 1/4 in. dice
