Sriracha Cod Quesadillas
Directions
- Place cod bites in the fryer.
- Butter tortilla and place on flat top or grill Sprinkle cheese over entire tortilla. Spread corn salsa and onions over tortilla. Chop cod and spread over tortilla.
- Fold in half and place on cutting board. Slice 3 times forming wedges.
- Place guac, Sour Cream & Salsa in 2oz cups.
- Shingle, place cups next to Quesadilla and serve
