Stuffed Chicken


  1. In a sautee pan heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Open chicken breast and fill with seafood stuffing. Making sure to even distribute inside of chicken breast. Fold chicken in half so that stuffing is now inside the fold of the breast.
  3. Roll the chicken breast in seasoned flour making sure to coat the entire outside of chicken. Sautee the chicken breast for approximately 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Place chicken breast in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until desired internal temperature is reached.


  • 2 oz Assoluti® Oil, Olive Blend
  • 1 cup flour, seasoned
  • 2 oz Seawatch Seafood Stuffing
  • 7 oz West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless Skinless
