The Chip Shop Burger


  1. Toast buns and spread with Ken’s Horseradish Aioli on top and bottom.
  2. While grilling beef patties, after first flip place 2 cheddar slices on top of 1 patty and 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top of other patty. Place the cheddar patty on top of double cheddar patty and remove to bottom bun.
  3. Toss crispy French fries in malt vinegar, and place on top of burger patties. Top with bun and serve.
