To make the sauce, blend the cheese, cream, cornstarch, and seasonings together in a food processor.
Sauté the jalapeno pepper in a sauté pan with the oil over medium heat for a few minutes until soft. Stir in the cheese mixture. Whisk until it comes to a boil then remove from the fire and set to the side.
To make the burger patties, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, and thyme, and then form 2 patties. Grill to your desired temperature in a grill pan on the stove or on a grill.
Grill the buns.
Place the patties on grilled buns.
Top the patties with the cheese sauce followed by the Contigo® Tortilla Strips, Tri-Color, and the slices of jalapeno. Serve hot.
