Tri-Color Tortellini Parmesan Peppercorn Salad


  1. Combine salad ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Add PIANCONE Creamy Gorgonzola Dressing to coat all ingredients.
  3. Blend all ingredients. Cover and hold chill until needed for service.


  • 10 oz olive(s), black , sliced
  • 1 lb pasta, tortellini, tri-colored, cooked and chilled
  • 2-3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), shredded
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s), halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, finely chopped
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced
  • Piancone® Dressing, Creamy Gorgonzola
