Directions
- Place cucumbers and radishes in a small bowl with vinegar and set aside.
- Place rice in bowl. Pile cubed tuna on the edge of the bowl. Place sliced avocado next to the tuna.
- Arrange pickled cucumbers and radishes between the tuna and the avocado.
- Sprinkle the bowl with sesame seeds and a drizzle of soy sauce.

- 1/2 lb Empire's Treasure® Tuna, cubed
- 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Avocado(es), thinly sliced
- 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s), thinly sliced
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Radish(es), thinly sliced
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Scallion(s), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- - - soy sauce, to taste
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp West Creek® Vinegar, White, Distilled
