Walnut Pesto


  1. Toast walnut pieces then place in food processor with salt, pepper, basil and garlic and puree. 
  2. While blender is running add olive oil to form pesto.


  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
  • black pepper, ground, to taste
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s)
  • 2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • salt, kosher , to taste
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, pieces
