Walnut Pesto
Directions
- Toast walnut pieces then place in food processor with salt, pepper, basil and garlic and puree.
 - While blender is running add olive oil to form pesto.

- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
 - black pepper, ground, to taste
 - 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s)
 - 2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
 - salt, kosher , to taste
 - 1/4 cup walnuts, pieces
