West Creek® Hashbrowns
Directions
- Heat oil on griddle and add potatoes, peppers, garlic, and onion. Cook for 7-8 minutes until potatoes are browned slightly.
- Fold in salt and pepper then serve.

- 4 cups West Creek® hashbrowns, shredded
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, small dice
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, small dice
- 2 tbsp Roma Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Brilliance Butter Flavored Oil
- 1/2 tsp salt, sea
- 1/2 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
