West Creek® Monster Burger
Directions
- Toast kaiser roll.
- Cut the cheese on a bias to form triangles for teeth.
- Season burger with salt and pepper then grill. Place cheese triangles on burger while on the grill to hang over the patty representing teeth. Let cheese just melt.
- Place tomato on bottom bun then place the pickle slice on top of the tomato hanging off like a tongue.
- Top with burger followed by top bun.
- Using two toothpicks secure the olive to top bun to look like eyes.

- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1 ea Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Kaiser, corn dusted
- 2 ea West Creek® Cheese Slice(s), American, white
- 2 ea Roma® queen stuffed olives
- 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), slices
- 1 ea Delancey Street Deli® stacker dill pickle slice
- 2 tbsp West Creek® Ketchup
- Small triangle cookie or aspic cutter
