West Creek® Monster Burger


  1. Toast kaiser roll.
  2. Cut the cheese on a bias to form triangles for teeth.
  3. Season burger with salt and pepper then grill. Place cheese triangles on burger while on the grill to hang over the patty representing teeth. Let cheese just melt.
  4. Place tomato on bottom bun then place the pickle slice on top of the tomato hanging off like a tongue.
  5. Top with burger followed by top bun.
  6. Using two toothpicks secure the olive to top bun to look like eyes.


  • 1 ea West Creek® hamburger patties, 5.33 oz
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 ea Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Kaiser, corn dusted
  • 2 ea West Creek® Cheese Slice(s), American, white
  • 2 ea Roma® queen stuffed olives
  • 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), slices
  • 1 ea Delancey Street Deli® stacker dill pickle slice
  • 2 tbsp West Creek® Ketchup
  • Small triangle cookie or aspic cutter
