World Dock Catfish Rollatini


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and chives.
  3. Season Catfish fillets with salt and pepper and heavily coat each fillet with bread crumb mixture.
  4. Roll each fillet from the large end, wrap each with a bacon strip and secure with wooden skewers.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Cook catfish rolls until bacon is browned, turning frequently.
  6. Place fish in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve on a bed of rice.


  • 1/4 cup Brilliance® Premium Oils Vegetable Oil

  • 4 World Dock® Catfish, FIllet(s), thawed and patted dry
