Bay Winds® Amber Shrimp


  1. Whisk hot sauce, beer, and garlic together. Pour over shrimp then wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Soak bamboo in water for an hour to prevent burning during grilling.
  3. Skewer shrimp on bamboo. Season with Cajun seasoning. 
  4. Place shrimp on a grill over medium heat cook for 2-3 minutes per side until red and firm to the touch. Add salt to melted butter.
  5. Remove shrimp from the grill and brush with butter then sprinkle with parsley and serve.


  • 2 lbs Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 16/20 Raw, Peeled and Deveined
  • 1 cup Magellan® Cajun seasoning
  • 12 ea bamboo skewer(s), 8-inch
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 bottle ea beer, amber
  • 2 tbsp West Creek® Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Roma Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Flat Leaf Parsley, minced for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, melted
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
