Apple Walnut Gorgonzola Salad


  1. Toss greens with two ounces of dressing and place in center of chilled salad plate.
  2. Toss apple slices with one ounce of dressing then fan around greens on plate.
  3. Sprinkle cheese then walnuts over greens.
  4. Garnish with flower petals and take a bite.


  • 1 1/2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Arcadian
  • 3 oz Village Garden® Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Magellan® walnut pieces, toasted
  • 1 tbsp Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Gorgonzola
  • 1/2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Apple(s), Granny Smith, sliced
  • 2 tbsp edible flowers, petals removed for garnish
