Ascend® Mint Limeade


  1. To make simple syrup heat water and sugar in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove simple syrup from heat and cool completely.
  3. In a pitcher add ½ cup of simple syrup and mint leaves. (Note: reserve some mint leaves for garnish.) Muddle the mint with the simple syrup.
  4. Pour in lime juice and remaining simple syrup whisk then chill and serve with mint leaf garnish over ice.


  • 3 cups Ascend® Juice, Lime
  • 1 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mint
