Asian Energy Bowl

Directions

  1. Place the water, chili crisp, and sesame oil into a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add the potatoes and whisk to combine. Allow the potatoes to refresh for 5 minutes.
  3. To assemble, place the potatoes into a bowl and arrange the vegetables in the center of the bowl. Garnish with the micro greens and drizzle with two ounces of dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with black sesame to finish.

  • 1 gal. water, hot
  • 2 oz. chili crisp
  • 2 tbsp. Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
  • 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s), thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), shredded
  • 1 lb. Delancey Street Deli® pickled red onions
  • 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Radish(es), thinly sliced
  • 2 lbs. mushroom(s)
  • 2 lbs. Asian Pride® Edamame
  • 1/2 lb. micro greens
  • 1 qt. lemon tahini dressing
  • 2 oz. sesame seeds, black, for garnish
