Bacon Fried Broccoli with Pine Nuts
Directions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy.
- Remove to a paper towel-lined plate, then roughly chop.
- In same pan with bacon fat, add oil over high heat. Add onions, pine nuts, fresh tarragon, garlic, and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is coated, 6-7 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with bacon, salt, and pepper. Place in a pasta bowl and serve.

- 4 ea. West Creek® Bacon, Slice(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp. Brilliance Butter Flavored Oil
- 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Broccoli, Floret(s), blanched
- 1/2 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), small dice
- 1 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Tarragon, chopped
- 3 oz. Magellan® pine nuts
- 2 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. West Creek® sea salt kosher
- 1/4 tsp. Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
