Bang-Bang Battered Shrimp Tacos

Directions

  1. Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Toss beer battered shrimp in 1/2 of the bang-bang sauce.
  3. Top each tortilla with 2-3 of the bang-bang battered shrimp. Top with shredded cabbage and cilantro.
  4. Drizzle the other 1/2 of the bang-bang sauce and serve.

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Sriracha, (to taste)
  • 3 ea. Empire's Treasure® Beer Battered Shrimp, tail-off
  • Flour tortillas, (taco-sized)
  • cabbage, shredded
