Bavette Stir Fry


  1. Cook rice  per instructions hold cold
  2. Cook Steak to order per customer requested temp
  3. Heat Fajita Skillet sizzling hot

  4. Warm Rice in microwave and pout onto hot skillet. Warm Stir Fry Veggies and place on top of rice. Slice steak into strips and place on top of Veggies. Hold Sauce on side until served. At table pour sauce over the whole dish


  • 3 cups rice, white, cooked
  • 1 cup Stir Fry Veggie Blend
  • 4 oz Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 6 oz Veal Bavette Steak
