Bay Winds® Lobster Macaroni and Cheese


  1. Fold lobster meat into warm macaroni and cheese. Transfer to au gratin dishes.
  2. Top with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat in 450° oven for 2-3 minutes then serve.


  • 1 1/2 lbs Bay Winds® lobster claw and knuckle meat
  • 1 bag Delancey Street Deli® white cheddar macaroni and cheese, warmed
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, grated
