Bay Winds® Smoked Salmon Dip


  1. Puree the onion in a food processor, then reserve.
  2. Whip the cream cheese in a mixer with paddle attachment.
  3. In a bowl fold together the salmon, whipped cream cheese, pureed onion, dill, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice.
  4. Serve with toast points or your favorite crackers.


  • 2 lbs Bay Winds® Salmon Smoked, chopped
  • 2 lbs Nature's Best Dairy® Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Capers , drained
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, rough chopped
