Beef Tip Sandwich on Sub Roll
Directions
- Slice sub roll in half and grill until golden brown, then brush both sides with Ken’s Dijon Horseradish Sauce.
- In preheated sauté pan, cook beef tips until desired temperature. Add mushrooms and toss.
- Top with cheddar cheese and melt.
- Place into sub roll, slice in half and serve.

- 2 tbsp Ken's® Dijon Horseradish Sauce
