Beer Cheese Soup


  1. Heat Craft Beer Cheese Dip in steamer or water bath for 30 minutes or until product reaches 140°F for 15 seconds.
  2. Simmer carrots, onions, and peppers in oil until slightly caramelized and tender.
  3. Add chicken broth and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
  4. Combine with heated Craft Beer Cheese Dip and blend well.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and chopped bacon prior to service.


  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • 2 oz. oil, canola
  • 16 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), diced, 1/4 inch
  • 16 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), diced, 1/4 inch
  • 1 Tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Red Bell, diced
  • 8 oz. Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), cooked and diced
  • 5 lbs. West Creek® Dip, Beer Cheese, thawed
