Directions
- Combine birria and smoked brisked and cook for 15-20 minutes. Cool and reserve.
- Place half the Birria and cheese in the pie shell.
- To make the custard, combine the eggs, milk and cream, and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add half the Birria and cheese and combine well.
- Pour the custard over the birria and cheese and bake at 350°F (180°C) until the custard is set and it reaches an internal temperature of 160°

- 2 oz. Corazo® shredded cheese
- 1 pt. Contigo® Birria Base
- 4 ea. Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
- 1 pt. Nature's Best Dairy® Milk
- 3 1/2 lbs. Ridgecrest® beef brisket
- 4 fl. oz. Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Magellan® Nutmeg, to taste
- 1 ea. pie crust
