Pulled Pork BBQ Burrito with Roasted Corn and Fries

Directions

  1. Prepare hash and corn according to package instructions.
  2. Warm tortilla and hash on flat-top or in steamer.
  3. Layer hash, pulled pork, roasted corn, jalapeños, and cheese on the tortilla. Roll burrito tightly and toast if desired.
  4. Prepare fries according to package instructions.
  5. Drizzle burrito with chipotle aioli and BBQ sauce, serve with fries.

  • 4 oz. BBQ pulled pork
  • 1 tbsp. pepper(s) jalapeños, pickled
  • 1 oz. cheese, cheddar , shredded
  • 4 oz. Simplot Conquest® Delivery+® Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries
  • chipotle aioli , as needed
  • BBQ sauce, as needed
