Blackened Shrimp Tacos
Directions
- For Shrimp: Whisk together paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle seasoning over shrimp and toss.
- Place oil on skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes per side.
- To assemble: Combine slaw ingredients.
- Prepare Contigo Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce according to package directions.
- Layer shrimp, slaw, avocado and radishes on taco shells, topping with queso blanco cheese sauce.

- 1/2 lb. shrimp, large
- 2 tbsp. oil, olive, extra virgin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic, powder
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tbsp. margarine , melted
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 bunch parsley, fresh, chopped
- 3 Contigo® Tortilla(s), Flour
- 1/2 cup radish(es)
- 1 cup avocado, chunks
- 1/3 cup Contigo® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/3 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 8 cups green cabbage, sliced
