Braveheart® Deli Burger


  1. For the sauce whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish, ketchup, and banana peppers. Refrigerate for service.
  2. Spray the burger with pan spray then sprinkle with beef rub. Place on medium high area of the grill. Cook for 3 minutes then flip.
  3. Warm the pastrami on the grill for 1-2 minutes then place on top of the burger followed by the Swiss cheese.
  4. Spread the sauce on both sides of the toasted bun and place on warm entrée plate.
  5. Once the cheese has melted place the burger on the bottom bun and top with sauerkraut. Cap with the top bun and serve with a side of Delancey Street Deli® chips.


  • 1 8 oz Braveheart Burger, patty
  • 1 tsp Magellan® beef rub
  • Brilliance Pan Spray
  • 1 ea Heritage Ovens® sesame seed burger bun, toasted
  • 2 slices ea West Creek® Cheese, Swiss
  • 3 oz West Creek® pastrami, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Delancey Street Deli® sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup West Creek Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp West Creek® Sauce, Horseradish
  • 1 tbsp West Creek® Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Roma® sliced banana peppers, chopped
