Braveheart® Salisbury Steak Bites


  1.  Heat oil to 350-degrees F. Cook Angus bites 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat and add mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in premade gravy and green onion then simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Top bites with mushroom gravy and serve in au gratin dish with mashed potatoes.


  • 12 to 14 Braveheart® Angus Steak Bites
  • for frying Brilliance® oil
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), sliced
  • 1 tsp Roma Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 2 cups West Creek® Brown Gravy Mix, prepared
  • 2 cups West Creek® mashed potatoes, prepared
