Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread BBQ sauce evenly across the surface.
Evenly distribute Ridgecrest Pit-Smoked Beef Burnt Ends, roasted red peppers and shredded cheese over the sauce. For best results, crisp up burnt ends in a pan before adding to flatbread.
Place in a 375°F oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle crispy fried onions and sliced scallions on top.
Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce for added flavor.
