Steel Town Brisket Pizza

Directions

  1. Roll out dough. Brush with Original Barbecue Sauce.
  2. Top with the cheeses, brisket, onion and pickle.
  3. Bake at 400°F until crisp.
  4. Remove, cut and garnish with a drizzle of Original Barbecue Sauce and diced scallions.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Roma® Pizza Dough
  • 3 fl. oz. Sweet Baby Ray's® Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup cheese, mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheese, cheddar , shredded
  • 2 oz. beef, brisket, smoked, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup red onion, julienne
  • 2 tbsp. pickles dill, diced
  • 2 tbsp. scallions, diced
