Grilled Citrus Chili Chicken Rice Bowl
Directions
- Toss chicken with 1 cup citrus chili sauce. Let sit 10–15 min.
- Grill or pan-sear chicken until cooked through (about 4–6 min per side).
- Put rice in a bowl, top with chicken, drizzle with remaining sauce, and sprinkle scallions.
- Enjoy warm.

- 3 lbs. cilantro lime rice
- 2 cups Scallions, greens, sliced
- 2 cups True Foundations® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
