Contigo® Chicken Cheesesteak Wrap


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  2. Add onion and peppers and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until very soft, 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and stir to combine.
  5. Cover chicken and peppers with provolone cheese and cover to let melt, 1 minute.
  6. Quickly warm each wrap and distribute chicken and pepper mixture inside each one evenly.
  7. Fold each end to center and wrap front over, tucking tightly as you roll.
  8. Pick each side on diagonal; slice in half and serve.


  • 1 tbsp Brilliance® Cottonseed & canola oil
  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, peeled, julienned

  • Magellan® Black Pepper, ground, to taste
  • 1 c. Bacio® mozzarella and provolone cheese, shredded
  • 4 pc. Piancone® 12-inch jalapeno cheddar flour tortilla
