Contigo® Chili Chicken Wings Tejas Trios

Directions

  1. Fry chicken wings in 350-degree oil for approximately three minutes. Reserve and keep warm.
  2. Divide melted butter evenly between three bowls. Add one teaspoon of the ancho Chile paste to one of the bowls of melted butter. Repeat with the other two pastes.
  3. Toss the wings and coat well.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkling of queso fresco.

  • Brilliance® Clear Canola Oil, for deep frying
  • 1 tsp. Contigo® Ancho Chile Paste
  • 1 tsp. Contigo® Al Pastor Paste
  • 1 tsp. Contigo® Guajillo Chile paste
  • 3 tbsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, melted
  • 2 tsp. Contigo® queso fresco
