Contigo® Street Corn Queso


  1. Heat queso blanco in the bag until 165 degrees.
  2. Fold in corn & jalapeno blend.
  3. Serve street corn dip garnished with cotija cheese, green onion, and cilantro. Warm, fresh chips make it best!


  • 1 bag Contigo® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
  • 3 cups Simplot® RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Corn & Jalapeño Blend, hot
  • 1 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese , grated
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, sliced fine
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, W&T, leaves and stems chopped
  • 2 lbs Contigo® Ready to Cook White Corn Chips, 1/4 cut, fried
