Crazy Caprese Pizza
Directions
- Gently form and stretch pizza dough into a 10-inch circle using flour as needed to prevent from sticking.
- Place stretched dough onto a pizza screen brushed with 1/2 Tbsp(s) of olive oil; Brush the remaining olive oil evenly across the top of the dough.
- Ladle the sauce onto the pizza leaving a 1/2 inch border around the outside. Top with sliced mozzarella, pepperoni, HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage and grape tomatoes.
- Cook in the impinger oven for 5 minutes at 550°F.
- Once cooked, remove from the impinger oven and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, fresh chiffonade basil, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.

- 1 tbsp. oil, olive
- 1/2 cup marinara
- 1/2 cup cheese fresh, mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Ultimo!® Pepperoni, Sliced
- 1/2 cup Roma® HAND-PINCHED STYLE® Italian Sausage, Spicy
- 6 tomato(es), grape, cut in half
- 1/2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup basil, leaves, fresh, chiffonade
- 1 tbsp. cheese, Parmesan , freshly grated
