Creamy Ramen


  1. Start by cooking your favorite ramen, according to package instructions- or following your favorite recipe.
  2. Transfer about 1/4 cup of broth to a heat safe jar, or container with tight fitting lid.
  3. Crack an egg directly into pot with noodles (optional) and place lid on pot, allowing egg to steam while we get to our mayo hack!
  4. To the jar with reserved broth, add 1-2 tablespoons of Duke’s Mayonnaise. Shake well to combine. You’ll immediately be able to see how creamy the addition of mayonnaise makes your broth!
  5. Remove lid from ramen pot, and pour in your creamy mayo base. Stir together gently to incorporate creamy base into your standard ramen.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
