Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half. Scoop out the yolks and add them to a separate bowl. Reserve the egg whites.
Add Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mix well, then scoop the mixture back into the egg whites.
Top each egg with a generous scoop of caviar and garnish with fresh chives and dill.
