Faroe Island Salmon
Directions
- Combine salt, pepper, brown sugar and paprika. Rub on the salmon.
- Sear the salmon and finish in the oven.
- Gently heat the syrup and stir in the chili.
- Roast the banana in the peel for 15-20 minutes.
- Place the salmon on top of the syrup with the banana on the side.
Ingredients
- 1 6-8 oz. Tranche of Bay Winds® salmon, fresh
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 1/2 tsp paprika, smoked
- 3 oz. Ceshâ„¢ Pomegranate Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Calabrian chilis, crushed
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Banana(s)
