Faroe Island Salmon


  1. Combine salt, pepper, brown sugar and paprika. Rub on the salmon.
  2. Sear the salmon and finish in the oven.
  3. Gently heat the syrup and stir in the chili.
  4. Roast the banana in the peel for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Place the salmon on top of the syrup with the banana on the side.


  • 1 6-8 oz. Tranche of Bay Winds® salmon, fresh
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp West Creek® Sugar, Brown
  • 1/2 tsp paprika, smoked
  • 3 oz. Ceshâ„¢ Pomegranate Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Calabrian chilis, crushed
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Banana(s)
