Garlic Peppered Zucchini and Red Onion Pizza


  1. Top the crust with the pizza sauce.
  2. Add half of the cheese.
  3. Toss the zucchini and onion in the olive oil and seasoning.
  4. Arrange the vegetables on the pizza.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and bake.

  • 1/3 Peak Fresh Produce® Zucchini, sliced on a mandolin
  • 1/6 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced on a mandolin
  • 2 oz Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 2 packets Roma® Garlic and Pepper seasoning
