General Tso Green Origin® Patty with Warm Five Onion Salad


  1. Sauté the patty and finish with the General Tso Sauce.
  2. Deep Fry the won ton wrappers.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the yellow and red onion along with the shallot. Season. When soft add the dressing, pickled onion and green onion.
  4. Drizzle some dressing on a plate.
  5. Put one won ton wrapper on plate. Place half of the onion mixture on the won ton and cover with another.
  6. Place the patty down, cover with the remaining won ton. Place the remainder of the onion mix on top.


  • 1 ea Green Origin® Patty
  • 1 tbsp Asian Pride® General Tso Sauce
  • 3 ea wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp Assoluti® Pomace Oil
  • 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, sliced
  • 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Shallot(s), sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Village Garden® Empress Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Delancey St. Deli® Pickled Onions
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, black and white
