Green Chili Queso


  1. Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour cream into pan and whisk in chicken base. Add green chili and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Whisk the cheese into cream until desired consistency. Fold in cilantro and serve warm with chips.

  • 2 cups Corazo® Tres-Amigos shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp West Creek® Base, Chicken
