Grilled Green Origin Burger with Roasted Beet Ketchup

Directions

  1. Grill the patty and then melt the cheese on top.
  2. Toast the bun, then place lettuce and tomato on the bottom of the bun. Place the patty on top.
  3. Add the Roasted Beet Ketchup and add the top bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 ea Green Origin™ Burger
  • 1 slice chao cheese
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Hamburger Bun
  • 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Romaine, shredded
  • 2 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
  • 2 oz Roasted Beet Ketchup, (see recipe below)

Roasted Beet Ketchup

Directions

  1. Season the beets and roast in an oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Puree the beets and Roma Ketchup together.

  • 6 oz beets, precooked
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 12 oz Roma® Ketchup
