Grilled Peach Crisp


  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat, and cut peaches in half, brush with cooking spray and grill flat side down.
  2. Combine butter, brown sugar, flour and granola in a bowl and mix.
  3. Place peaches on a piece of foil, grilled side up. Spoon the granola filling into the center of the peaches. Fold over foil until sealed and bake for 10 minutes @ 350 F.
  4. Remove and plate, top with Vanilla Bean Gelato, finish with Sea Salt Caramel Sauce.

  • 4 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, room temperature
  • 4 peach(es), cut in half, pit removed
  • - Piancone® Gelato, Vanilla Bean
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Flour
  • - West Creek® Sauce, Caramel
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown, packed
