Heritage Ovens® Waffles with Spring Berry Relish


  1.  Heat berries with Marsala wine in sauté pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add sugar and remove from heat to cool.
  2. Fold together berry mixture, mint, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Place toasted waffles on plate then top with berry relish and a dollop of whipped cream.


  • 2 ea Heritage Ovens® Liège waffles, sliced and toasted
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Strawberry(ies), sliced
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Piancone® marsala cooking wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp Ascend® Juice, Lemon
  • 1 tsp West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Whipped Topping
